Bandipur is located at 143 km to west of Kathmandu and 80 km to the east of Pokhara. The village is also popular in stunning panoramic view of entire Annapurna Range plus the peaks of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and Langtang.
Pokhara, a beautiful lake city and second city of Nepal is located approximately 200km west of the country’s capital, Kathmandu. Pokhara is one of the most popular tourist destination in Nepal. The major tourist attration of Pokhara are views of mountains under Annapurna Mountain Ranges including Machhapuchhre, Fewa Lake, Taal Barahi Temple, Bindhyabasin Temple Cave, World Peace Pagoda, Mahendra Cave, Sarangkot hill and many more.
Gorkha is a part of Gandaki Zone, situated at 140 km west of Kathmandu. The historical town of Nepal, Gorkha is the ancestral hometown of the Nepalese ruling royal family. King Prithvi Narayan Shah, the founder of Shah dynasty used to rule Gorkha palace. Gorkha palace is the main attraction of Gorkha but Goraknath Cave, Gorakhkali Temple are also the attractions. The Gorkha also offers view of Manaslu and Himalchuli Mountains on a clear sky day.
Detailed Itinerary :
Day 01. Kathmandu-Pokhara :
Early morning at around 7 am we’ll drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus. On the way we’ll have lunch and head towards Pokhara Lakeside. We’ll have evening dinner at Pokhara hotel and stay overnight.
Day 02.Pokhara sightseeing :
Today, we’ll explore Pokhara city. Early morning we’ll visit Tal Barahi Temple(Puja) with boating on Fewa Lake. Then we’ll visit to Peace Pagoda, Davis Fall, Gupteswor Cave. We’ll have lunch as per our tour schedule and started visiting Bird Cave, Mahendra Cave and Bindavasini Temple. Overnight at Pokhara in a Hotel.
Day 03. Pokhara to Bandipur :
After Breakfast we’ll head toward Bandipur. On the way, we’ll visit Begnas Tal and head to Bandipur with its superb natural seen. Bandipur is the famous tourist destination where we can have experience of homestay and village life of people. Overnight in Bandipur.
Day 04. Bandipur to Gorkha to Kathmandu :
Today early in the morning after breakfast we’ll leave Bandipur and move toward Gorkha, a place where renowned king Prithvi Narayan Shah used to rule. We’ll visit Gorkha Durbar Square. We’ll have lunch in the Gorkha Bazaar and retrace our way back to Kathmandu.
