Everest Base Camp is located at the eastern half on Nepal possessing an altitude of 5545m/18192ft. It’s an interesting and adventurous trek which offers a wide range of trekking experiences. The Everest Base Camp is one of the most popular trekking routes in compare to the all Himalayas and visited by thousand of trekkers in a year. The Everest Base Camp is the land of the Himalayas offers extremely fantastic views of different mountains, Bhuddhist Monastry, varieties of flora and fauna, a closer look to the Sherpa culture and beautiful sight seeing which would obviously make our trek more enjoyable.

Trip Route : Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding - Namche Bazaar - Khumjung Village – Thangboche - Periche – Lobuche- Gorakshep - Everest Base Camp – Gorakshep – Kalapatthar – Periche – Pangboche - Namche Bazaar – Lukla - Kathmandu.
Day 01. Arrival in Kathmandu and trip preparation :
Transfer to hotel facilitated with 24 hrs running hot water with attached bathroom. Our Airport representative will be at the airport to receive you on your arrival with Himalayan Namobuddha Travel and Treks Banner. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02. Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley :
The day we would explore the Kathmandu valley probably to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swyambhunath and the places you would like to visit would be managed by Himalayan Namobuddha Travel And Trek Pvt. Ltd. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 03. Kathmandu to Lukla via flight and Lukla to Phakding :
Early morning, we drive to airport as per flight departure time to take our flight to Lukla(2800m). After preparation of luggage for porters, we start walking the stone paved trial towards Bhaisekharka until we reach Phakding. To assist acclimatilization we would have a short hike. Overnight in Phakding.
Day 04. Phakding to Namche Bazaar:
The trial leads towards the suspension bridge and easy uphill to the Monjo from where Sagarmatha National Park begins after leaving Phakding. After small formalities at National Park, we would cross another suspension bridge and trial to uphill Namche Bazaar. It takes about 1.5 hrs hiking to reach Namche Bazaar, a Gateway to Mt. Everest. Overnight in Namche.
Day 05. Accilimatization Day at Namche Bazaar :
The day is the accilimatization day of the trek as scheduled but we must have to stay active and moving during the rest day too. We can visit to Thame or Khunde from where we can enjoy views of Mt. Everest and other Peaks with Sherpa Culture. We would hike to Khumjung village on this day and come back to Namche Bazaar. Stay overnight at Namche.
Day 06. Namche Bazaar to Tengboche :
After breakfast at Namche Bazaar, our trek leads to gradual trail with few up and down towards Tengboche enjoying views of Mt. Everest, Neptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku. Tengboche has a biggest and famous Buddhist Monastry all over the Khumbu region. Stay overnight at lodge.
Day 07. Tengboche to Dingboche :
After leaving Tengboche, having a great views of Pangboche village on the way our trail leads to Periche. The walk is fairly moderate when we enter at Imja Village. We would pass through River Lobuche and begins steepest climb to Dingboche. Overnight at Dingboche.
Day 08. Dingboche to Duglha :
After having breakfast at Dingboche the trial continues to get the bottom of the hill to reach Duglha after crossing a small bridge. We would have a great view of Mt Pumori(7138m/23418ft) and other peaks as we continues our trial. Overnight at Duglha.
Day 09. Duglha to Lobuche :
After2-4 hrs trek beyond Duglha we climb up towards Khumbu Glacier where we’ll find an array of stones with prayer flags used as memory of many Sherpa who died on the glacier of Mount Everest. Overnight at Lobuche.
Day 10. Lobuche to Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp to Gorakshep :
The trail continues to Gorak Shep and hike to Everest Base Camp. Finally the wonderful destination Everest Base Camp is reached through rocky and glacial trail from where close look of Mt. Nuptse, Mt Khumbuste and Mt. Pumori can be viewed. After visiting Everest Base Camp we’ll return back to Gorakshep and stay overnight at there.
Day 11. Gorak Shep to Kalapatthar to Periche :
We wake up early in the morning and take a dark climb up to Kalapatthar (5545m/18192ft). It takes an couple of hours to reach Kalapatthar(Black Rock). Sunset view from Kalapatthar is more admirable and undescribable. We can have a unbelievable panoramic view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Pumori and Ama Dablam. Then we’ll hike to Gorakshep for breakfast and taken descend down to Periche for overnight.
Day 12. Periche to Pangboche to Tengboche to Namche Bazaar :
The trail drops downhill through Pangboche village with a beautiful view of rhododendron flowers and juniper trees. The trail decends to Dudhkoshi River and we further hike to Kyungjung for a relaxed. Then we reach to the Namche Bazaar with an easy walk. We’ll take nice and hot shower and relaxed sleep on lodge at Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.
Day 13. Namche Bazaar to Lukla :
The trial drops steeply dowards and we’ll ahead to fast flowing Dudh Koshi River. After crossing the suspension bridge at Dudhkoshi trail becomes more easy and natural. Although we walk for the same routes it seems different views while returning back. The day would be the last day of our trek to Lukla. Stay overnight at lodge in Lukla.
Day 14. Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu :
We fly back to Kathmandu as we finished all airport formalities. We can relax, have some gifts for relatives and friends from Nepal. If we want to travel or visit somewhere Himalayan Namobudhha Travel And Trek will manage for that too. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 15. Departure from Kathmandu :
The last day in Nepal, at 3 hours before scheduled flight we’ll be taken up to airport by office representative of Himalayan Namobuddha Travel And Trek. It’s time to bid Nepal farewell visit and appreciate your visit to our country Nepal. And the trek would be the great lifetime memory.
